 Ans) In case of mobile phones the order will be delivered within 3-4 working days and in case of apparels and lifestyle products it takes around 7-10 business days for us to deliver the order. 
Q) WHERE DO I REDEEM MY CASHBACK VOUCHERS ?
  Ans) When you have purchased a mobile phone you can redeem your vouchers on lifestyle category. 
When you have purchased a product from lifestyle category, you can redeem your vouchers on the mobile phone category. 
For redeeming, simply select the product(s) and enter the voucher code while checkout to shop for FREE. 
Q) HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Ans) You can track your order by: -
1) Logging into theTwoForOne.in Website.
 2) Sign in to your account.
 3) Click on "Track my order" tab. 
 4) Click on the product you want to track and it will give you the detailed tracking information of your order.
Q) CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Ans) Yes, you can modify the shipping address after placing the order but it should be done before it is shipped from our end, you can call our customer service department for the same.

Q) HOW DO I CHECK MY CASHBACK VOUCHER BALANCE ?
Ans) In the footer section you'll see an option 'check my voucher balance' click on this option and enter your voucher code to check the balance.
Q) WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA ON MY ORDER EVER AFTER USING MY CASHBACK VOUCHER MONEY ?
Ans) You would be asked to pay an additional amount on your order if the total shopping amount exceeds the cashback voucher amount.
Q) WHAT IS THE TwoForOne.in CANCELLATION POLICY?
Ans) In case of a prepaid order, cancellation will only be done if you have not used your voucher for the FREE shopping.  
Q) UNDER WHAT CRITERIA CAN AN ORDER BE CANCELLED ?
Ans) Your order can be cancelled only in the following conditions:

2)     If you wish to cancel the order before dispatch

Q) I JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Ans) For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Q) DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?
Ans) No. TwoForOne currently delivers the products within India only.
Q) WHEN CAN I REQUEST A RETURN ON MY ORDER ?
Ans) You can request a return in your order within 7 days of purchase in case of Apparels and Lifestyle products. In case of mobile phones you can request a return only when the seal is not broken within 7 days of purchase.
