  • The cashback vouchers will only be valid for 30 days from the time of issuance.
  • If the total amount of your free shopping exceeds the amount of the cashback voucher, you can compensate the difference through the online payment methods available.
  • The shipping charges of the free gifts need to be paid by the customer.
  • In case of online payment the customer will get the shopping vouchers just after the payment.


  • Shipping & Handling Charges need to be paid by the Customer when the payment of the product(s).

  • The free shopping vouchers can be redeemed just after they have been recieved. 
  • The vouchers recieved after purchasing a mobile phone can only be redeemed on apparels,accessories,footwears,home decor,etc.
  • The vouchers recieved after purchasing apparels,accessories,footwears,home decor,etc. can only be redeemed on mobile phones. 


  • Online payment through credit/debit card/Net banking/Paytm are available. 
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your Bank account. 


  • In case of a prepaid order, cancellation will only be done if you have not used your voucher for the FREE shopping. 
  • In case any manufacturing defect is identified, kindly contact the authorised company.   
  • DOA (Dead on arrival) certificate is necessary for the return of mobile phones, which can only be done according to the company policy.
  • The return of the product or its specific parts will only be done when it is identified as a defected product by the company.    
  • In case of a prepaid order if the customer has used the vouchers then the used amount will be deducted and the rest will be refunded. 
  • In case of mobile phones, if the seal is broken then it can only be returned if a defect is identified by the authorised service centre. 
  • In case of any returns in the Lifestlye category products, if the issue is from the customer's side then they'll have to pay the shipping charges attached to it. 


  • The product(s) can be termed as defected only when it is declared defective by the authorised company.  


  • The products from the Lifestlye category would be delivered within 7-10 days and the products from the Electronics category would be delivered within 48-72 hours of the order placement.


  • We reserve the right, to refuse or cancel any order for a few reasons like limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled.
